Here and now- genuine emotional and physical experience.

My approach is largely informed by a healing-oriented, attachment-based psychotherapy model, AEDP. AEDP emphasizes the importance of actual emotional and physical experience in the here and now manner.
Although logical understanding is important, without the genuine experience, the true transformation does not occur. In my approach, I support your genuine emotional and physical experience in a safe and warm atmosphere in the therapy sessions. This process happens in a collaborative manner and progresses at your own pace.

I also embrace mindfulness which helps in our ability of the awareness and acceptance of our emotional and physical moment to moment occurrences. The mindfulness is a wisdom of Buddhism, which is used for our well-being world wide. "Awareness" and "acceptance without judgement" are the important factors for our mental health; which would be the foundation of our personal growth.
